The CEMB DWA1100TROLLEY is a compact, highly mobile 8-sensor CCD wheel alignment system designed for cars and light trucks. Its wheeled trolley stores and charges the alignment sensors and clamps while keeping the entire system easy to move between service bays. By replacing a traditional desktop computer and cabinet setup with a rugged 10 in. Toughpad, the operator can work comfortably around and underneath the vehicle while keeping the alignment controls close at hand.

The mobile trolley rides on 4 in. pivoting rubber wheels for smooth movement across shop floors. Integrated holders keep the clamps and CCD sensor heads organized, while the trolley also serves as the charging point for the wireless sensors and tablet. The compact design makes the DWA1100TROLLEY especially useful for multi-bay facilities and shops where permanent floor space is limited.

The DWA1100 alignment platform uses lightweight wireless CCD sensors, lithium batteries, and MEMS accelerometers to provide accurate wheel-alignment measurements. CEMB’s intuitive Windows-based software guides the technician through alignment procedures, supports adjustment of two axles on one screen, provides clear adjustment guidance, and includes an AUDIT function to help identify vehicle driving problems.
