DMC1550B Exclusive Offer

The DMC1550B kit includes the WA23B® pneumatic crimp tool, Mil-Spec dies, locators, and Go/No-Go inspection gages.

The WA23B delivers 4.5 tons of crimp force and is capable of crimping large-gauge machined contacts, uninsulated terminals, and uninsulated splices from 8 through 4/0 AWG with no additional power boosters. The WA23B requires filtered and regulated air with a pressure range of 100120 psi to operate.

This kit includes 4 dies, 5 locators, and 4 gages all Mil-Qualified to the AS22520/23 specification. Custom dies and locators are available to meet specific requirements. It is important to note that only Mil-Spec dies and locators can be used for military applications. Contact DMC for commercial options for terminals and lugs.
