Additional 10 percent cobalt is added to increase overall tool strength. The neck length on the tool ranges between 3/8 inch to 1-1/2 inches. Rushmore series are available in two-flute, spiral design and comes in length 6 inches & under. The centre cutting tool makes it suitable for peripheral, ramping, helical, plunging and slotting operations. The lower helix angle of 30-degree wraps around the tool slowly and provides excellent machining stability at high speeds. The round shank is compatible with any holder at high-speed machining. These single-end mill tools are available in 11 fractional sizes of 1/8 inch to 1 inch.
